海口市普及游泳政策对中小学生游泳课开展的 干预效果研究 摘要 为了积极响应并贯彻落实2017海南省引发的《海南省普及中小学生游泳教育实施方案》，基于此方案对应的相关问题并提出一些可行性的建议。面对青少年溺水是许多家长未知痛心的命题，为了避免类似的事情再次发生，我们必须从源头出发，提高孩子自身的安全意识，并且让孩子掌握一定的求生意识和技能。 游泳是一种锻炼身体、锻炼意志的活动，有利于身心健康。它广受人们喜爱。同时，游泳也是一项高风险的运动。在我国青少年事故调查中，溺水事故居首位。在这方面，更多的学校教育是教育年轻人远离水源堵塞的河道，但事实上，溺水事故每年仍时有发生。因此，从实践的角度看，游泳不仅是一门体育课，更是一门生活课。这是一门学习生存技能的课程。然而，从目前学校实施的游泳课程来看，远远不能满足学生的需求。 关键词：游泳池建设、校外培训、师资队伍培训、游泳场所监管监督 A Research on the Intervention Effect of the Popular Swimming Policy in Haikou City on the Swimming Classes of Primary and Middle School Students Abstract In order to actively respond to and implement the Hainan Provincial Popularization of Swimming Education for Primary and Middle School Students initiated by Hainan Province in 2017, based on the relevant problems corresponding to this plan and put forward some feasible suggestions. Facing the drowning of adolescents is an unknown and distressing proposition for many parents. In order to avoid similar incidents from happening again, we must start from the source, improve the childs own safety awareness, and let the child master certain survival awareness and skills. Swimming is a kind of activity that can strengthen the body and temper the will, which is beneficial to the physical and mental health. It is widely liked by people. At the same time, swimming is also a high-risk sport. In the investigation of accidents of teenagers in our country, drowning accidents are among the top. In this regard, more school education is to educate young people to stay away from the blocked channels of water sources, but in fact, drowning accidents still happen every year. Therefore, from a practical point of view, swimming is not only a physical education course but also a life course. It is a learning course of survival skills. However, from the current implementation of swimming courses in schools, it is far from meeting the needs of students.
