PAGE 31 摘 要 科学研究一直是高等学校建设的一种重要内容，科研也是衡量高等院校的综合能力的重要评价标准，提升科研水平和科研管理水平已经是备受重视的一项工作。现阶段，高等学校不断创新管理方式和管理手段，但是目前科研管理观念落后、科研激励机制不完善等问题仍然存在，高校科研管理系统仍不完善和成熟。教师的科研考核机制不完善，教师考核仍处于初级阶段，教师考核应该与教师科研信息管理相结合。 本文综合分析了高校教师的实际需求，对各类教师成果信息进行分析研究：经过精准的需求分析，对角色进行权限分类；量化教师成果并通过文本挖掘获得教师研究词云，将成果数据可视化处理；区别成果等级量化积分；通过数据挖掘分析教师研究方向；根据不同职称计算教师考核进度；能筛选查看并导出教师成果信息为xls文件等，基于以上研究内容提出了基于Node.js和Vue.js的搞笑教师成果管理系统，基于信息管理思想进行了项目开发。 高校教师成果管理系统的建成不但会减少部门管理人员和教师的重复工作，还会压缩资料的整理和收集工作，提高项目申报的工作效率和经费管理的便利性，让高校科研信息管理更加科学化和系统化，为更新科研管理理念也有不少的借鉴作用。 关键词：成果管理；Node.js；MVVM；信息管理 Abstract Scientific research has always been an important part of the construction of colleges and universities, and scientific research is also an important evaluation standard for measuring the comprehensive capabilities of colleges and universities.
