摘 要 随着现代科学技术的进步和不断发展，流通业已经在当代经济体系中扮演着越来越重要的角色，而物流行业作为流通业的有形载体也越来越受到人们的重视。当前，物流行业正在全球范围内迅速兴起，跨国化、规模化和网络化等现象已经成为全球物流行业发展的重要趋势。随着经济技术的快速发展，各国对于物流行业的重视程度不断加强，使物流市场的竞争也越来越激烈，为了能够持续发展，不断进步，各国开始尝试多种物流管理模式。但我国的物流行业起步较晚，与国外物流发展水平相比，我国物流行业还处于发展中阶段，但是通过交通、通讯等基础设施的投资不断加大，物流技术装备水平不断提高，以及吸取国外发达国家已有的经验和教训，我国的物流行业将会取得后发优势并且有着广阔的发展空间。 本文通过对韵达快运长春分拨物流管理的问题研究，结合相关理论，对企业物流管理的方法和现状，提出企业在物流管理方面出现的几个问题，并且针对这些问题给出合适的建议，为企业更好的发展提供帮助。 关键词 物流管理 运输与配送 对策研究 Abstract With the progress and development of modern science and technology,the circulation industry has played a more and more important role in the contemporary economic system,and the logistics industry, as the tangible carrier of the circulation industry, has been paid more and more attention by people.At present, logistics industry is rapidly rising in the global scope, transnational, large-scale and network phenomenon has become an important trend of global logistics industry development.With the rapid development of economy and technology, countries pay more and more attention to logistics industry, which makes the competition of logistics market become more and more fierce. In order to be able to develop continuously and make progress, countries begin to try many kinds of logistics management mode.But the logistics industry of our country starts late, compared with the development level of foreign logistics, the logistics industry of our country is still in the developing stage.but through the increasing investment in infrastructure such as transportation, communication and so on, the level of logistics technology and equipment is constantly improving. And draw on the experience and lessons of foreign developed countries, Chinas logistics industry will get the advantage of late development and has a broad space for development.
