Methods：The patients were selected according to the conditions, and the scores were assessed with simple mood scale and Hamilton depression scale. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0. Result：The scores of TMD and Hamd in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (p 0.05) .Conclusion: Music therapy can alleviate the negative emotion of stroke patients and reduce the degree of depression.
