To ensuring the security and safety of our guests, our associates and our hotel and making our hotel operate smoothly. 为确保酒店客人、员工的人身及酒店财物的安全，保障酒店正常的经营管理秩序，根据本酒 店的门锁设备配置情况，特制定酒店门锁钥匙管理规定，同时为预防酒店钥匙流失，控制和杜绝因管理 不善可能导致的不良后果和财产损失，统一规范酒店钥匙的存储、运用与管理。 Policy Procedure 政策与程序 Security Guards should not allow unauthorized persons to get any spare keys. 安全部不接受任何没有授权的员工来领取备用钥匙。 Without authorization, Keys are not allowed to be transferred to others or to be copied. 不准转借钥匙和不准私自配制钥匙。 Immediately report to DOSEC/DOE/FC/EAM/GM if the Master key is missing in order to take the recovery action. 如果酒店的（电子）万能钥匙遗失，必须第一时间上报部门经理 /安全总监 /工程总监 /财 务总监 /执行副总经理 /总经理。 一、 Kinds of Key 钥匙类别 Our Hotel is equipped with two kinds of lock systems.
