精益生产模式下制造企业内部物流合理性探讨 摘 要：精益生产模式是一种先进的生产模式，对实现企业内部物流的反应快速 化和成本最小化双重冃的具有重要作用。这种生产体系是在多年发展探索的基础上建 立起来的，其冃标是以尽可能快的速度、最有效率、无浪费的方式生产顾客需耍的产 品。根据精益生产的原则，生产系统可以有效快速地生产高品质地产品来满足顾客需 求，并能一次就做对。 为了在激烈地全球竞争中，保持低成本、高品质的竞争优势，现在越来越多地企 业正引入精益生产的思想。对很多中国企业來说，从何处入手及如何应用精益生产成 了一大难题，因此很有必要探索一条适合中国金业实施精益生产的道路。我国大部分 推行精益生产的企业，效果普遍不甚理想，原因是多方面的，但主耍是缺乏创新的精 神和行动，并且太过重视精益工具的使用，而不从深层次汲取精益的思想。 本文通过对精益生产模式的介绍，可以为企业实施精益生产提供有效的途径和方 法，并且通过海尔集团对精益生产模式的应用，探究海尔内部物流在精益生产模式下 的合理化。 关键词：精益生产；企业；应用 Internal logistics Rationality under Lean Production Abstract： Lean production is an advanced mode of production, which plays an important role on the achievement of rapid response and cost minimization of the production logistics management pattern. This production control system has been established based on many years of continuous improvements, with the objective of making the product ordered by customers in the quickest and most efficient way, in order to deliver the product as quickly as possible, the product is efficiently built within the shortest possible period, without waste. Based on the basic philosophies of lean production, the manufacturing system can efficiently and quickly manufacture product of sound quality, one at a time, that fully satisfy customer requirements. Today, a growing number of companies are turning to the thinking of lean production to maintain a competitive edge in a global economy of falling cost, rising quality, and relentless competition. It is the problem of many enterprises that from where and how to implement Lean Production, so finding a proper path is very important for a enterprise to improve continuously and implement Lean Production. Based on the introduction of lean production model, you can implement Lean production to provide enterprises effective ways and methods, and by the Haier Group, the application of lean production model to explore the reasonable of Haier production logistics under lean production mode.
