In the fierce competition environment, the enterprise can better develop the important factor -- the enterprise organization culture, causes each country enterprise to take seriously. When those enterprises with core competitiveness and core driving force of enterprise organizational culture make remarkable achievements in the world, organizational culture becomes a trend of imitation.
