In this picture, we can see a tail of a white printed airplane. This airplane has a T-tail and it has three turbine engines associated(connected) with the tail of the fuselage. According to the printing of the aircraft, this is a Boeing 727 airplane. And this airplane belongs to Mexicana airlines. On the port of the fuselage, the emergency slide is extended. On the left of the picture, there is a shuttle bus. According to the logo of the shuttle bus, we can see that the bus belongs to the ground service. There is no person on it. And the shuttle bus collides with the starboard wingtip of the airplane. The wingtip sticks into the top of the shuttle bus. The top of windshield on the bus is damaged(busted). And I guess that the wing of the airplane is partially damaged too. I think that the reason of this accident may be the bus driver’s fault. In large airports, the taxi procedure is so complex that the driver of the bus may easily make mistakes in(on) taxi routes(ways). The driver may be unfamiliar with the airport environment and he/she may violate the related procedure. If I am the captain of this airplane, when I encounter this situation, I will report to the ground controller immediately, and request first aid and fire engine. And then, I will execute the emergency evacuation, because the collision may damage the fuel tank of the aircraft on the wing. And it may cause explosion. At first, lack of communication is the main cause for this accident. All of the communications among ground crew, flight crew and controllers are important. Any communication failure during flight operation may cause serious results. So, we must establish good communication during flight operations to avoid similar incidents（the recurrence）. And then, being familiar with operational procedure is another important thing.
