新型热管式烫光辊的开发 郭彦龙，虞斌 (南京工业大学 机械与动力工程学院 ，江苏 南京 211816 ) 摘 要：为了解决印染行业传统铝芯式烫光辊存在启动慢 、温度不均匀的问题 ，开发了一种新型热管式烫光辊 。径向热 管具有传热功率大 、均温性能优良的特点 ，将径向热管技术应用于烫光辊 ，并设计实验系统来测试其启动性能 ，均温特性 及保温能力。试验结果表明：相较于传统的烫光辊 ，热管式烫光辊具有更快的启动速度 ，到达工作温度的时间比铝芯 式 烫光辊快20?30 min;较好的均温特性，达到工作温度后热管式烫光辊的表面最大温差为 1.4 C，而铝芯式烫光辊最大 温差高达26.4 C ;优良的保温能力，停止加热 30 min后，热管式烫光辊的表面温度比铝芯式烫光辊高 7 C，并且加热后 能在更短的时间内再次达到工作温度 。 关 键 词：热管式烫光辊;启动能力；均温特性；铝芯式烫光辊 中图分类号：TS190.4 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1005-2895( 2014) 05-0022-05 Development on New Heat Pipe Type Polishing Roller GUO Yan lo ng, YU Bin (School of Mechanical and Power Engi neering, Nanji ng University of Technology, Nanjing 211816 , China) Abstract : A new heat pipe type pol ishi ng roller was developed in order to solve the problems of startup slow a nd un eve n temperature of traditional aluminum type polishing roller for printing and dyeing industry. Concentric annular heat pipe tech no logy was used creatively as its excelle nt characteristics of large heat tra nsfer power and outsta nding un iform temperature performance. Experimental system was designed to test its startup performanee, temperature uniformity and achieved. Afterinsulation capability .The results indicate that this heat pipe type polishing roller start more quickly than traditional one， time to reach the operating temperature is earlier 20 ?30 minutes achieved. After reaching their operating temperature ,the maximum temperature difference on the outer surface of the heat pipe type polishing roller is 1 . 4 °C while that of the traditional one is 26.4 °C . A better insulation capability is achieved， stop heating after 30 mi nutes，the temperature on the outer surfaceof the heat pipe type pol heating after 30 mi nutes，the temperature on the outer surface of the heat pipe type pol ishing roller is 7 C higher than the traditional one.
