目录 PAGE IV 摘要 PAGE 16 摘 要 进入21世纪以来，我国的城市化建设获得了突飞猛进的发展，为建筑行业的发展奠定了良好的基础，与此同时建筑企业之间的竞争也逐渐趋于白热化。制定并落实完善合理的造价管控措施，不仅可以有效提高建筑工程的整体质量，也可以让建筑企业获得更大的经济利益，使得建筑企业获得长久可持续发展。建筑工程本身具有工程量大、工序复杂的显著特点，在工程造价管理过程中需要消耗大量的人力资源和物质资源，在项目投入中占有很大的比重。本文以曲靖富源县的政府建设工程为主要研究对象，对该工程的各个阶段的工程造价问题进行全面细致地分析探讨，制定一套完善合理的应对措施，为提高建筑企业工程造价管理水平、提高资金效益提供了重要的理论指导。 关键词:施工阶段 造价控制 建设工程 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Since the 21st century, Chinas urbanization construction has achieved rapid development, which laid a good foundation for the development of the construction industry. At the same time, the competition among construction enterprises has gradually become white-hot. The formulation and implementation of reasonable cost control measures can not only effectively improve the overall quality of construction projects, but also enable construction enterprises to obtain greater economic benefits, so that construction enterprises can achieve long-term sustainable development. The construction project itself has the remarkable characteristics of large amount of engineering and complex process. It needs to consume a large number of human and material resources in the process of project cost management, and occupies a large proportion in project investment. In this paper, the government construction project of Qujing Fuyuan County is taken as the main research object, and the project cost at each stage of the project is analyzed and discussed comprehensively and meticulously, and a set of perfect and reasonable countermeasures are formulated, which provides an important theoretical guidance for improving the level of project cost management of construction enterprises and improving the capital efficiency.
