STYLEREF 样式 摘　要 PAGE I 摘　要 对于企业而言，安全生产影响着它的生存及发展，同时对人员的人身安全及国家的财产安全有着直接的影响。因此，在推动社会及经济发展的过程中，安全生产及施工在工程建设的安全管理中发挥着极其关键的作用。工程建设中的安全事故通常会导致人们健康和财产的巨大损失，它不仅严重威胁着社会建设及人们人身财产的安全，也会导致施工单位在经济及政治方面承担巨大的压力。开展有效的安全管理活动，不仅可以保护人们的人身安全，还能给企业带来经济利润，维护社会稳定。 本文论述了建筑施工安全管理的相关理论，指出A公司在万禾生态园工程项目施工过程中的安全管理工作出现的问题，并对出现的问题原因进行分析。该公司为了降低事故发生率，采取了一系列措施提高安全管理水平，这些措施的实施使A公司在施工过程中事故发生率大大降低，具有普适性，对其他建筑企业提高安全管理水平具有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：建筑工程　安全管理　现场管理 Abstract For enterprises, safety in production affects their survival and development, at the same time, it has a direct impact on the personal safety of personnel and national property safety. Therefore, in the process of promoting social and economic development, safety production and construction play a crucial role in the safety management of Engineering construction. Safety accidents in engineering construction usually lead to huge loss of peoples health and property. It not only seriously threatens the social construction and the safety of peoples personal and property, but also causes construction units to bear tremendous pressure in economic and political aspects. Effective safety management activities can not only protect peoples personal safety, but also bring economic profits to enterprises and maintain social stability. This paper expounds the relevant theory of construction safety management, points out the problems of safety management in the construction process of WanHe Eco-Park Project in Company A, and analyses the causes of the problems. In order to reduce the accident rate, the company has taken a series of measures to improve the safety management level. The implementation of these measures has greatly reduced the accident rate of Company A in the construction process, and has universality. It has certain reference significance for other construction enterprises to improve the safety management level.
