中文摘要及关键词 摘 要 近几十年来，随着我国的综合实力提升，国家经济也得到飞速发展，建筑行业在我们的经济发展中有着很大的作用。工程项目的质量影响着国家的利益、人民生命财产安全，虽然政府一直强调工程项目质量的重要性，但是全国一系列的工程项目质量问题仍然是层出不穷。 本文运用工程项目质量管理分析相关理论知识，介绍了项目在质量管理的现状。用案例分析法、文献综述法和归纳总结法，以江城绿竹云舍建设项目为例，根据实地勘察发现该项目在质量管理出现的问题进行整理，并通过研究分析以及搜集相关文献并使用鱼刺图分析该项目质量问题的成因所在，然后结合该公司在处理这些质量采用的措施然后根据类似建设项目的质量管理，提出解决该项目质量问题的措施，提高项目质量管理水平，使项目在质量方面得以保障，提高项目效益，使项目可以成功。 本文的研究过程有利于提高在江城绿竹云舍建设项目相关人员的工程质量管理水平，增强质量管理素养，在一定程度上对我国工程项目质量管理提供一些有用的理论基础。同时希望可以通过本文的研究对我国类似工程项目有一定的理论知识上的借鉴和参考作用。 关键词：质量管理 质量问题 建筑工程 英文摘要及关键词 PAGE PAGE 1 绪论 PAGE PAGE 2 Abstract In?recent?decades,?with?the?promotion?of?Chinas?comprehensive?strength,?the?national?economy?has?also?been?rapidly?developed,?and?the?construction?industry?plays?a?great?role?in?our?economic?development.?The?quality?of?the?project?affects?the?interests?of?the?country?and?the?safety?of?peoples?lives?and?property. Although the government has always stressed the importance of project quality, a series of project quality problems still emerge in endlessly throughout the country. This?paper?introduces?the?present?situation?of?project?quality?management?by?using?the?relevant?theoretical?knowledge?of?quality?management?analysis?of?engineering?projects.Taking the construction project of green bamboo cloud house in Jiangcheng as an example, this paper uses case analysis, literature summary and inductive summary method to sort out the problems in quality management of this project according to the field survey. And through the research and analysis, collect the relevant literature and use the fish-thorn chart to analyze the cause of the quality problems of the project.
