PAGE PAGE I 建筑工程项目组织与管理探究 摘 要 本文首先介绍建筑施工企业组织理论，根据工程建设施工企业的组织和管理模式进行分析。对自身环境和条件进行分析，以市场环境为基础，再综合考虑自身条件，分析其存在的问题，找出问题的源头，再对症下药的进行改革和治理，进行措施的改进和升级。综合本文的研究内容，是阐述建筑施工企业组织结构理论。从内容和概念上对建筑施工企业，企业项目管理进行介绍，分析企业项目组织的必要性，在以此为基础的研究下，去分析组织理论发展以及组织结构设计的因素这一系列问题的研究。并根据建筑建筑施工企业项目管理组织结构与建筑施工企业项目管理的案例相结合，去分析这之间存在的问题和企业的发展前景，对公司的组织结构优化提出合理可行的建议。 关键词：建筑施工企业；项目管理；组织机构 PAGE PAGE II PAGE Abstract This paper first introduces the construction enterprise organization theory, according to the construction enterprise organization and management mode analysis.
