PAGE III 本科生毕业论文（设计） 昆明市城乡一体化的发展探析 Analysis on the Development of Urban-Rural Integration in Kunming 昆明市城乡一体化的发展探析 摘 要 一个国家的日渐强大离不开城市与农村的共同发展，为了早日成为一个强大有力的国家，必须要加快推进城乡一体化的建设的脚步，国家中央政府相继出台了一系列相关的改革措施，并提出了“以工促农、以城带乡”的发展思想，对缩小城乡居民收入差距、深度革除城乡二元结构体制以及妥善处理城乡居民两大社会群体间的利益关系具有重要的现实意义。2018年两会和十九大工作报告首次提出城乡高度融合是现代社会的特征，推进城乡一体化的进一步发展，实施乡村振兴战略。在此背景下，找出昆明市城乡一体化在发展中存在的主要问题作进一步研究，对昆明市城乡一体化发展的推进提出相关规划建议，以促进经济社会的可持续发展。 关键词：昆明市；城乡一体化；城市建设； Analysis on the Development of Urban-Rural Integration in Kunming Abstract: The growing strength of a country can not be separated from the common development of cities and countryside. In order to become a strong and powerful country as soon as possible, we must accelerate the pace of urban-rural integration. The central government of the country has issued a series of related reform measures, and put forward the development idea of promoting agriculture by industry, leading countryside by city, which will narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents and deepen the reform. Except for the dual structure system of urban and rural areas, it is of great practical significance to properly handle the interests between the two major social groups of urban and rural residents. The work report of the 2018 NPC and CPPCC Nineteenth National Congress first put forward that the high integration of urban and rural areas is the characteristic of modern society, promote the further development of urban and rural integration, and implement the strategy of rural revitalization. In this context, the main problems existing in the development of urban-rural integration in Kunming are identified for further study, and relevant planning proposals are put forward to promote the development of urban-rural integration in Kunming, so as to promote the sustainable development of economy and society.
