Step 2: Revision 1. Show some pictures of Liyan’s living room and bedroom. Let students describe these rooms. 2. Teach students how to write the word “bed”. 3. Ask students to discribe their rooms. Step 3: Presentation 1. Show the picture of Liyan’s kitchen. Tell students “Today, Kate goes to Liyan’s kitchen. Please listen to the tape and answer the questions.” After listening, students answer these questions. 2. Teacher shows the picture and tells students “This is a kitchen.” Teach the new word “kitchen”. Practice the word.
