全自动贴标机设计 PAGE I 摘 要 本次设计课题为“全自动单标直线贴标机总体设计”。据统计全世界用于灌装的各种容器已经多达3030亿个，而其中71%是玻璃瓶。我国是世界上玻璃瓶使用比例最多的国家，占全球总量的55%以上。再加之近年来我国酿造技术的不断发展，传统的人工贴标签的方式必将不能满足需要，所以近些年来，国内众多厂家积极引进国外成套酿造生产设备和先进技术，使我国全自动贴标机有了很大的发展空间。 设计此食用油瓶贴标机，要求在满足自动分瓶、送标带、同步分离标签，标贴情况下，使贴标准确、稳定、可靠、高效。 其中着重针对于单标真空转鼓式直线贴标机的结构及贴标方式进行改进、分析与设计，并对其主要传动部分进行方案设计及强度校核。了解和掌握全自动单标直线贴标机在实际使用过程中出现的问题，在进行理论分析和计算的基础上，对全自动单标直线贴标机供标装置涂胶装置进行改进，并对其贴标精度不足的问题提出具体可行的解决方案。 通过整个总体设计，我熟练的使用CAD,Solidworks等绘图软件设计分析，优化设计参数，缩短设计时间，对总体设计的整体构思有了更为深刻全面的了解。 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 关键词：直线贴标机， 真空转鼓，贴标方式，涂胶装置 Abstract This design topic is “Automatic straight line labeling machine for single label——overall design”. Through the whole design process,the design for analysis software including CAD,Solidworks and so on,Usething these soft wares optimizes the parameters cutsdown the design time and makes the process efficient.I learned the more knowledge of the whole design.
