Unit 2 Can I help you? Lesson 7 Teaching Plan Teaching Aims : By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to say the new words and sentences in the context of speaking the present tense. Knowledge Aims: Vocabularies: toy train /plane/ ship/ boat can help want how much Sentences: Can I help you? Yes. I want a toy train. How much is it? ------ It’s fifty-six yuan. Skill Aims: To improve the students’ ability of speaking and listening . Emotion Aims: To help the students to buy and sale toys in English and love to communicate with English. Teacher’ s Aims: A. Try to reduce Teacher Talking Time. B. Try to manage time well and design the activities effectively. Teaching Important Point : To help the students say the new words and sentences in this lesson. Teaching Difficult Point : To make the students use the correct sentences structure to make a new dialogue with their partners. Teaching Aids: Word- cards, stickers, PPT, exercise-books Teaching Times: fourty - minutes. Teaching Steps: Step One: Warm -up Greetings. Introduce the competitive system. Have a PK(boys and girls) Brain storm: Shout out the words while you see the pictures. 【设计意图】:简单的问候,平等的交流拉近了师生的距离,消除了学生紧张心理。老师介绍竞争机制来激发学生的热情,通过多媒体课件,看图片大声说出交通工具的单词环节来热身,复习所学的旧知识,活跃课堂气氛,激发学习兴趣。从而对下一环节埋下伏笔。 Step two: Presentation Lead in the new words in different ways and create the language learning. Learn the new sentences and practice them. 【设计意图】:利用多媒体课件,通过玩具店创设情境,从而引出课题主题。以去玩具店买玩具为背景,进行男女生课堂评价机制,再次激发学生学习兴趣, 为本课的教学创设积极的条件。通过听力练习导入新句型,既提高了学生的听力能力,也提高了学生的求知欲,为后面的对话操练打下基础。 Step Three: Practice A.
