Methods： The focus group discussion and intent survey were developed in 52 managers and service providers from the nursing stations and professional management departments. Results： The main factors that influenced the construction of the nursing stations were that the positioning was not clear， the special policy guidance lacked， social awareness was too low and ability of the service providers poor.
