PAGE 3 左曲杆零件工艺规程及工装设计 摘 要 本次设计的是左曲杆的加工工艺及钻左曲杆上孔Φ15.96的夹具设计，主要采用钻床钻削加工来的完成工艺加工。在设计中，可以假定不同种切实可行的工艺流程，以及加工装夹工艺装备的设计。在左曲杆零件产品的加工过程中，左曲杆零件工件在夹具内的定位方式设计和左曲杆零件的夹紧方式设计显得相对重要。必须根据左曲杆零件六点定位，对左曲杆零件产品进行夹具装夹的合理的定位分析，欠定位分析、装夹的完全定位，还是左曲杆零件的装夹过定位，都须根据左曲杆零件实际的生产加工的过程决定。本次的夹具是涵盖了从左曲杆零件加工到左曲杆零件的组装，提升左曲杆零件的加工生产的有效效率。 本文通过左曲杆零件的分析，左曲杆零件的结构特点和左曲杆零件加工技术图纸要求，完成设计制定了一套较合理的左曲杆零件钻孔夹具设计，从而为保证左曲杆零件加工精度要求，将提供一种左曲杆零件经济实用的工艺加工装备设计，使得左曲杆零件的加工具有一定的实用高效率的生产价值 关键词：左曲杆；装夹；钻削；工装 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582Abstract This design is the processing technology of the left curved rod and the fixture design of drilling the upper hole of the left curved rod with a diameter of 15.96. The drilling machine is mainly used to complete the processing. In the design, it can be assumed that different kinds of practical process flow, as well as the design of processing and clamping process equipment. In the processing process of the left curved bar parts, the positioning mode design of the left curved bar parts in the fixture and the clamping mode design of the left curved bar parts are relatively important.
