热交换站 PLC 控制系统设计 学生姓名：张迁锋 指导教师：靳宝强 摘要：可编程控制器（PLC）应用广泛，在工业上的应用使得各国的工业生产相较 于以前更加的自动化、智能化。相较于微型计算机，PLC 的抗干扰能力更强，工作更加 稳定；相较于需要复杂连线的继电器，PLC 编程更加方便快捷，能节约大量的生产成 本。因为 PLC 具有如此多的优点，在我们生活中的各个领域PLC 都得到了广泛的应用。 热交换站是为居民集中供暖的设备，随着国民经济的发展，越来越多的人住进了城市里 的小区楼，而基本上每个小区楼都少不了热交换站，工厂及各个公司里也都安装了热交 换站，它已经覆盖了我们生活的大部分区域。本文主要介绍了热交换站的组成和其硬件 系统的构成及特点，论述了如何使 PLC 实现温度及压力的控制。 关键词:热交换站 PLC S7-200 控制系统 Heat exchange station PLC control system design Author’s Name: Zhang Qianfeng Tutor: Jin Baoqiang ABSTRACT: Programmable controllers (PLCs) are widely used. The industrial application makes the industrial production of each country more automatic and intelligent than before. Compared with microcomputers, PLCs anti-interference ability is stronger and the work is more stable. Compared with relays that require complicated wiring, PLC programming is more convenient and faster, and it can save a lot of production costs. Because PLC has so many advantages, PLC has been widely used in all areas of our lives. The heat exchange station is a device for the central heating of residents. With the development of the national economy, more and more people are living in the residential build ings in the city. Basically, each heat exchange station, plant and company are indispensable for each residential building. There are also heat exchange stations installed in it, which already cover most of our lives. This article mainly introduces the composition of the heat exchange station and its hardware system, and discusses how to use PLC to control the temperature and pressure.
