摘 要 目前我国正处在一个经济、社会快速发展与变革的重要时期，同时也是各类社会矛盾和社会问题的凸显时 期。人口居所变迁、工作岗位变动的频率的加快使城市管理的难度越来越大,这些问题集中表现在社会的基 本单元—社区中。社区属于城市中的重要组成部分，同时也是政府部门强化管理工作创新的出发点和落脚 点。 本文主要以山西省城市社区为研究对象 ，以文献资料法，理清山西省城市社区的发展背景、了解关于 国内外城市社区这一话题的研究动态、总结出研究目的及意义；以综合分析法收集研究数据，并对调查结 果进行认真分析，深入剖析社区治理方式与创新发展经验，形成系统的整体认识；通过比较研究法，立足 本地实际开展创新探究 ，在全面梳理不同创新成果试用条件的基础上，对山西省如何完善社区管理改革进 行思考，并针对社区管理存在的一系列问题提出行之有效的解决对策。 关键词:城市社区 城市社区管理 社区管理体制 山西省 Abstract At present, China is in an important period of rapid economic and social development and transformation.
