Key words： MICPS3.2； Locliztion configurtion； Historicl dt  随着气象业务的深入进展，气象数据的规模越来越庞大，数据种类也越来越细化，为预报员和气象学家提供的研究资料也越来越丰富。但是，如何在庞大的数据中选择自己需要的数据就成为预报员和气象学家们面对的问题。MICPS 的应用从某种程度上解决了这一问题，通过使用MICPS软件系统可以调阅包括地面、高空、模式预报、卫星图和雷达图等在内的几乎所有类型的气象资料。MICPS系统高度的集成化为预报员和气象学家们调阅各种气象资料带来了极大的便利，在很大程度上提高了提取数据的效率。同时，随着MICPS版本的不断提高，MICPS从3.0版本公布和使用以来，就新增了菜单检索、动画检索、参数检索和综合图检索等多种检索方式，各种检索方式的应用更进一步提高了提取数据的效率。但受到气象部门各个业务单位的XX络结构不同，XX络硬件不同，数据存储方式不同等因素的影响，菜单检索、参数检索和综合图检索等检索方式并没有固定数据的指引地址，因此，要实现其检索功能就必须进行本地化配置。  1 需求分析  MICPS 3.2版本新增了多种检索方式，这极大地增强了MICPS 的可操作性，并且方便用户快速调用数据。但气象业务培训和气象业务工作对使用MICPS有着本质的区别，气象业务培训更注重历史资料，特别是
