摘 要
随着现代市场经济的进展, 为更好地适应全球化经济的进展趋势, 很多企业 都在主动变革自身治理模式,寻求一种长盛不衰的治理机制;特殊是私营企业, 完全依靠自己的力气在市场的勉励竞争中存活并进展更是不易之事; 要想实现企业自身的良性循环和可连续进展, 就必需对传统治理模式和理念进行调整, 全面深化实施顺应时代潮流的人本治理;
现今的中小企业中人本治理方面存在着很多问题, 解决这些问题需要健全企业勉励机制,员工参与企业决策,构建企业文化核心,加强与员工的沟通,建立 人本治理特色和有效进行情感治理, 从而使中小企业的员工和企业自身得到共同进展;
