PAGE \* ROMAN II PAGE \* ROMAN II 日产 200 吨麦草浆制浆车间 ECF 漂白工段设计 摘 要 本课程设计是以麦草浆为主要原料，拟建日产 200 吨化学麦草浆的生产线。根据国家对资源合理利用方面是很鼓励的，它减轻了造纸行业对木材原料的巨大压力，也给开发麦草原料提供了机会，所以麦草制浆是造纸工业长远发展中心的重要一环。本设计在此基础上设计 ECF 四段漂白工艺设计，生产日产 200 吨漂白麦草浆。 本设计总共分为四个部分，第一部分是讲国内外造纸行业的现状、发展、意义和任务；第二部分为生产工艺设计部分，包括主要的技术指标、工艺参数、平衡指标、设备的选型和相关的浆水平衡计算；第三部分为课设总结、感悟及致谢；第四部分主要是为参考文献。 【关键词】 麦草浆，漂白 Daily output of 200 tons of ECF bleaching wheat straw pulping workshop section design ABSTRACT The lesson set design is based on wheat straw as the main raw material,daily output of 200 tons of chemical wheat straw pulp production line.According to the state is very encouraging to the reasonable utilization of resources, it reduces the papermaking industry to the great pressure of wood raw materials, also provide the opportunities to the development of wheat straw material, so the pulping papermaking industry is one of the most important aspects of the long-term development center. The design on the basis of ECF four bleaching process design, production daily output of 200 tons of bleaching wheat straw pulp. This design total is divided into four parts, the first pact is about the present situation,the development of papermaking industry at home and abroad, the significance and task; The second part is the part of the production technology, including the main technical index, process parameters, balance index, equipment selection and related water balance calculation; The third part is the lesson summary, comprehension and thanks; The fourth part is mainly for reference.
