PAGE - PAGE 3 - 论文题目:350MW亚临界混煤锅炉的本体设计 摘 要 现代电站锅炉就是利用燃料燃烧释放的热量或其他热能加热给水，从而得到规定参数和品质的蒸汽的设备。对于一个供暖系统，锅炉是主要核心。随着现代技术和经济的发展，锅炉设备已广泛应用于现代工业的各个部门，成为发展国民经济的重要热工设备之一。根据目前我国燃料的使用程度，煤的使用仍然占大部分，燃油燃气锅炉虽然发展很快，但由于其建设的经济条件、设计经验相对来说比较不成熟，再者其所用燃料的输送问题很难解决及成本价格太高，故燃煤锅炉仍是将来的主流趋势。燃煤锅炉房初投资小，经济实用性强，做燃煤锅炉房的设计有现实意义。锅炉是火力发电厂的三大主要设备之一，它的作用是将水变成高温高压的蒸汽。电厂锅炉主要是燃用煤，本锅炉为1165t/h，亚临界参数，一次中间再热，自然循环锅炉，单炉膛，平衡通风，摆动燃烧器四角切圆燃烧，固态排渣，露天布置，全钢构架。为了确保锅炉运行的各项性能指标的稳定，现代锅炉对给水和蒸汽品质都有较高的要求。运行中出现的一些问题及有关锅炉存在的高温腐蚀等问题仍需各方给予高度重视。 关键词：锅炉 无烟煤 贫煤 性能 蒸汽 烟气 Abstract Modern power boiler is a steam equipment which uses then heat and other energies produced by burning fuel to supply water in order to obtain the parameters and quality. For a heating system, boiler is the major core. With the development of modern technology and economy, boiler equipment is widely used in every department of modern industry, which becomes one of the important equipment on national economy. According to the extent of the use of fuel in China, coal still plays an extent part. Although oil and gas-fired boilers develop rapidly, coal-fired boilers are still the mainstream trend, because of the economic conditions of construction, the relative immaturity of design experience and the delivery problems of fuel and high cost. The initial investment of coal-fired boiler is low, the economic practicality is strong, therefore the design of it has practical significance. Boiler is one of the three main equipment of thermal power plant, and its function is to turn water into steam under high temperature and high pressure. Power boiler is mainly the burning of coal. This boiler is 1165t/h, a reheat, natural circulation boiler, single chamber, balanced ventilation, swinging burners in a tangentially fired combustion, solid state slag, open layout, all steel framework.
