New words: pop music, rock music, country music, folk. 2.Target language: —Have you ever heard of The Toms? —Yes, I have. / No, I haven’t. 难点 Be able to use the language they learned to talk about the music. 教学过程教学环节教师活动学生活动设计意图导入新课 Step 1：Enjoy a video Play a video and ask students to watch it carefully. Try to understand the meaning of the video. Step 2：Free talk Show some pictures of singers or musicians . Ask students to say Do you like music? Yes,I do/No ,I dont . How does music make you feel? It makes me feel relax/happy/interesting/fun... Who is your favorite singer or musician? My favorite singer is... Why do you like him or her? Because He /She is Watch the video carefully.
