电商物流“最终一公里”配送模式研究 —— 以菜鸟驿站为例 摘要 近几年，电商已经成为中国不可或缺的一部分，而作为电子商务重要组成部分的物流 也成为大家关注的焦点。作为一个企业，其生存进展需要做到利润最大化，对于电商来说降低昂贵 的物流成本就成了重中之重。“最终一公里”所耗成本占电子商务物流总成本的 30%，短短路程却耗 费了大量成本,使得 电商都将目光瞄准在物流“最终一公里”上，把握好“最终一公里”的必要性日益 凸显。如今的“最终一公里”存在着诸多问题，例如配送不准时、效率低下，包裹丢失、顾客中意度不 高等，这些问题都或多或少地影响到成本控制。这就需要我们用新的思路和方法探讨合适的“最终 一公里”配送模式来进行成本控制。本文对电子商务、电商物流系统、“最终一公里”配送模式等概念 进行阐述，结合中国 有模式存在的问题以及成本消耗情况，对“最终一公里”的配送模式进行探讨 分析，以阿里巴巴菜鸟驿站模式为例，研究不同模式对成本的影响，为我国“最终一公里”的配送模 式研究做出些许奉献。 关键词 电子商务物流；“最终一公里” ；物流成本；配送模式 Research on the Last Kilometer Distribution Model of E- commerce Logistics ——Take the Rookie Post as an example ABSTRACT In recent years, electricity has become an indispensable part of China, and as an important part of e-commerce logistics has also become the focus of attention.
