【摘 要】 随着经济的进展，人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对电力负荷的需求量是越来越大，之前的配 电网也显现出了很多的问题，例如：变压器或者线路老化，线路容量小以及可靠性不高等问题，我们 需要在经济高速进展的时代设计出符合新时代需求的配电网，并且对新的配电网规划方案进行经 济与技术评估。 贵州省雷山县处在贵州省的东南部，配 电网设备普遍老化、线路容量小以及供 电可靠性低等问 题，导致了雷山县的配电网网架结构 薄和 电能损耗太大等 问题。本次毕业设计研究将结合雷山县 配 电网的现状以及对未来的需求，对已有的配电网中期规划方案进行分析，使用etap软件对规划方 案进行建模，最终对规划方案进行经济与技术评估。最终，经过评估，雷山县配 电网中期改造方案 符合要求，可以实施。 关键词 ：配电网；电网规划；经济评估；技术评估 【Abstract】 Along with the development of the economy, the continuous improvement of peoples living standard, people of power load demand is bigger and bigger, prior to the distribution network is also showing a lot of problems, such as: transformer or line, aging line capacity is small, and the reliability is not high, we need in the era of rapid economic development of distribution network design can meet the demand of new era, and new distribution network planning for economic and technical evaluation. Leishan county is located in the southeast of guizhou province. The problems of aging distribution network equipment, small line capacity and low power supply reliability lead to the problems of thin distribution network structure and large power loss in leishan county. This graduation design research will combine the current situation of distribution network in leishan county and future demand, analyze the existing medium-term planning scheme of distribution network, use etap software to model the planning scheme, and finally make economic and technical evaluation of the planning scheme.
