PAGE PAGE 20 拆迁安置社区管理问题研究：现状、问题与对策——以绍兴市上虞区四贾头村为例 摘要：在城乡一体化和小城镇建设的大背景下，拆迁安置社区应运而生，拆迁安置社区的管理和建设也成为城乡统筹发展中的重要问题。拆迁安置社区的管理和建设是我国城市化建设中的必由之路，是城市化健康发展和加强社会和谐建设的需要。 由于拆迁安置社区的特殊性，拆迁安置社区的管理和建设存在诸多问题，譬如安置社区居民文化素质普遍不高、居民对社区归属感低下、社区居民自治能力低、社区管理资金来源不足、社区管理职能混乱等问题。本文以绍兴市上虞区四贾头村拆迁安置社区为研究对象，深入分析拆迁安置社区目前存在的问题和现状，了解目前的拆迁安置社区管理的弊端并制定出适合拆迁安置社区管理和建设的对策，从而实现城乡一体化和谐发展。 关键词：拆迁安置社区、问题现状、对策 Research on Demolition resettlement Community Management : Current Status, Problems and Solutions _Shangyu District of Shaoxing four Jia Village Abstract:The background of the integration of urban and rural areas and small towns construction,the Demolition resettlement community came into being,Management and construction of Demolition resettlement communities in urban and rural development has become an important issue.The management and construction of resettlement community is the route one must take Chinese city construction, city health development and to strengthen the construction of a harmonious society.
