PAGE PAGE 16 产业集聚区对区域工业经济的影响分析 ——以杭州、宁波为例 摘要：产业集聚对浙江区域经济发展主要表现出积极意义，但同时也可能引起区域间发展差距拉大，造成区域发展不平衡，阻碍整体经济可持续发展。对东部地区来说，区域内部经济发展差异的扩大将直接影响东部向西部的推进与区域经济协调发展。本文通过比较杭州市和宁波市的产业集聚情况，选取典型产业集聚区与经济技术开发区为样本，建立简单计量模型来探究区域工业总产值中由产业集聚区带来的成分，分析两地的长短之处以互通有无。产业集聚在宏观上对经济的作用已熟为人知，但较少直接对产业集聚区进行比较。本文通过产业集聚区对区域经济影响分析，为区域内部有效进行产业集聚提出建议，增强产业集聚区总体产出能力，维护产业集聚区的可持续发展和缩小区域内经济发展水平差异。 关键词：产业集聚区区域工业经济影响分析 Analysis of the effect of industrial agglomeration area on regional industrial economy –with Ningbo and Hangzhou as an example Abstract: Since industrial agglomeration have positive effect on regional economy in Zhejiang province, they also may lead to the development gap between regions, resulting in uneven regional development and hindering the economic development of the whole region. As for the east areas, the extension of the gap inside the regions will stop the promotion of coordinated development of regional economy. This article compares the situations of industrial gathering areas of Ningbo and Hangzhou, chooses typical industrial cluster areas and economic and technological develop zones for samples, establish simple econometric models separately in order to find out the percentage of the output value from industrial clusters in areas of industrial output value, then analyze the difference of each city. The positive effect of industrial agglomeration on economy has been well-know, and the article try to recommend effective ways for r industrial gathering areas to reinforce the contribution to the total regional industrial output value, and to maintain the sustainable development of the areas and narrow the difference in regional economic development. Keywords: industrial agglomeration area, regional industrial economy, impact analysis 一、绪论 （一）研究意义 浙江经济自改革开放后迅速崛起，与初期块状经济的发展弥补可分。然后囿于结构上和规模上的限制，块状经济逐渐向产业集聚区与经济开发区转型升级，走向更大的规模化经济。在发展过程中，区域经济不平和发展问题也逐渐显现出来。在浙江省内经济发达区域，虽然获得了持续的经济增长能力和帮扶浙西南经济不发达区域的能力，但也存在区域内的经济不平衡。黄慧丽（2011）指出，在地域狭小的东部区域内部经济差异问题，将直接影响东部地区经济向西部地区经济梯度推动的进程，同时更易影响社会稳定和省内经济的良性发展。
