幼儿园初任男教师职业适应状况研究
摘要
近年来,随着我国学前教育行业的发展,幼儿园初任教师的职业适应问题越来越被各方重视,男教师的职业认同和在幼儿园的生存现状也饱受关注。本研究通过对100名北京地区初任男教师的问卷调查以及抽取了4位幼儿园初任男教师及其同事、家人、领导进行个人访谈得出结论:第一、从数据分析结果来看,幼儿园初任男教师职业适应状况一般,其中薪资待遇、人际关系和自我调适三个维度的适应较差。自主空间、专业发展、教师合作适应程度比较高。在100份问卷中,教师对自我调适、职业认同、园所文化三个维度的意见不一致程度较高。第二、不同的教龄、学历、职务、园所性质看起来职业适应状况的差异并不明显,只是在职务上看出配班老师和保育员的职业适应有一定差异,以及不同专业背景上看出学前教育专业毕业的初任男教师更容易适应幼儿园工作。第三、职业适应的突出问题表现在薪资待遇和人际关系上。
本研究通过对数据的分析,分别从开展适合男教师的入职教育、开展多方面的帮助与支持工作、提高幼儿园教师福利待遇、帮助初任男教师形成群体,促进男教师之间的交流和初任男教师自我调适这五个方面提出意见建议。希望能够帮助幼儿园初任男教师尽早适应幼儿园工作。减轻幼儿园男教师流失的问题。

The Study Of Kindergarten Beginning Male Teacher’s Entry Adaptation
Abstract
In recent years, with the development of preschool education industry in our country, the kindergarten teachers’ vocational adaptation problem more and morn taken seriously by the parties to be appointed, male teachers’ professional identity and also suffered in the existing situation of kindergarten. This study through the questionnaire survey among 100 male teachers to be appointed in the Beijing area, and extract the four kindergarten male teachers to be appointed, and colleagues, family members, leading to personal interview came to the conclusion: first, from the point of data analysis results, the kindergarten male teachers to be appointed to adapt to the situation, including salary,interpersonal relations and self-adaptation three dimensions of poor adaptation. Independent space, professional development, teachers’ cooperation degree is higher. In 100 questionnaires, the teacher of self-adaptation, professional identity, garden culture in three dimensions of inconsistent degree is higher. Second, different teaching age,qualifications, duties, the nature look professional to adapt to the situation of the difference is not obvious, just see the class teacher and nurse on duty of vocational adjustment have certain differences.
