幼儿园中班区域活动中教师指导策略的研究 摘要 师幼互动的研讨曾经成为学前教育界关注的重要课题，如今，幼儿园不断加大对区域活动的重视，所以探寻幼儿园区域活动中教师干预、指导的现状，具有十分重要的意义。采用非参与式观察法和访谈法, 观察北京市5所幼儿园一级一类园中15个中班区域活动中教师对区域活动的指导情况进，并对15名中班教师进行访谈，结果显示教师对不同指导策略的使用频率差别较大，更偏向于使用直接指导法与启发指导法；部分教师在指导中选择的时机不恰当，干预过早，剥夺了幼儿自己思考、体验的机会；极个别幼儿在教师指导后没有改变。所以教师在指导中应明确自己在区域活动中的角色；幼儿园要不断重视对新老师的培训；教师评判幼儿的活动结果时，不应受到区域目标的限制，而是尊重幼儿新奇想法并加以鼓励。 关键词：区域活动，指导策略，中班 Study on Teachers’ Guiding Strategies in Kindergarten Regional Activities of the Middle Class Abstract The research of teacher-child interaction has become an important subject in pre-school education area. As the regional activities are valued at present, the research of teacher-child interaction in the kindergarten regional activities has great significance. By using non-participation type observation method and interview method, watch the teachers’ regional activities of guide situation in 15 middle shift classes from 5 kindergarten in Beijing. And interview the 15 middle shift classes’ teachers. The result shows that there is a big difference for the teachers on the using frequencies of guide strategies, and prefer to use directly guide method and inspired guide method; some of the teachers select not appropriate time in guiding, intervention too early, deprives the opportunities of children on self-thinking and experience; very individual children have no change after teachers’ guide. So teachers should determine their role; when teachers evaluate the results of childrens activities, it should not be limited by regional objectives, but to respect and encourage the childrens novel idea; the kindergarten should pay continued attention on the training of new teachers. Key Words: Regional Activities, guide Strategies, the middle class 一、绪论 （一）问题的提出 1.选题的由来 幼儿园的区域活动逐渐成为一日活动中不可或缺的活动。主要原因是区域活动主要是以游戏的形式开展的，幼儿主要经过游戏来学习，从游戏中取得必要的生活经验，所以游戏是学前儿童的根本活动，它对于学前儿童的身心发展具有重要价值。我国1996年正式公布的《幼儿园工作规程》中指出:幼儿园的教育工作以游戏为根本活动。在2001年9月新的《幼儿园教育指导纲要》(试行)中再次强调了幼儿园应“以游戏为根本活动方式”。可见游戏在我国幼儿园教育中的位置十分之重要，在这样的背景下，家长以及幼儿教育工作者都把更多的眼光放在了幼儿园区域活动的创设与
