PAGE PAGE 21 大学生村官与农村基层民主建设研究 摘要：大学生村官政策是我国为解决“三农”问题而提出的一项新计划，具有浓厚的中国特色。大学生村官到村任职，他们积极参与农村基层民主建设，为农村基层民主建设带来了活力与生机，用自己实际的行动推进着农村基层民主建设的步伐。大学生村官在农村基层民主建设中虽然也取得了一定的成绩，但是仍旧存在一定的问题。本文以大学生村官与农村基层民主建设为立足点，首先介绍本文的研究背景及意义，国内外的研究现状；之后从其内涵、发展历程、以及两者之间的关系等方面对大学生村官与农村基层民主建设进行概述；用理论结合实际的方法总结大学生在农村基层民主建设中所取得的成绩；在肯定成绩的同时，对大学生村官在推进农村基层民主建设中所遇到的困境进行分析；最后提出促进大学生村官如何加快农村基层民主建设的意见。 关键词：大学生村官；农村基层建设；政策；民主 The Research Concerning College Abstract: College graduate village official policy is our country to solve the”three-agriculture”problems and put forward a new plan,to have the strong Chinese characteristics. The college graduates act as village officials; they participate actively on grassroots democracy construction, and therefore brought vitality and vigor to the construction. They make a commitment to their own practical action to promote the pace of the construction of the grassroots democracy. Although the constructions of college student village officials in the countryside grassroots democracy have made some achievements, still there are certain problems. The thesis is based on the graduate student village officials and countryside grassroots democracy. Firstly, it?introduces the research background and significance of this thesis,?the research states home and abroad, the relationship among them, thereafter make a summary about the college graduate village officials and countryside grassroots democracy construction. Making conclusion about the achievements using the method of theory combining with the actual on the countryside democracy at the grassroots level construction by college students; making analysis about the college student village official in the construction of countryside grassroots encountered difficulties, Finally the thesis put forward to the promotion of college students village officials about how to speed up the rural grassroots democracy construction.
