PAGE PAGE 32 大都市社区儿童公共休闲空间的福祉功能、层级与提升对策探讨——以杭州为例 摘要：在城市化建设的大力推进中，人们的生活方式也在发生日新月异的变化，在物质生活逐渐优渥的同时，儿童的休闲空间利益却往往容易被忽视。基于城市化建设过程中对儿童的空间弱势现状，本文以杭州市为主要调查范围，试图通过分析杭州市典型社区对于儿童休闲空间的供给现状，以及儿童主观角度对于休闲空间的需求和现有休闲空间的满意度，来确定儿童休闲空间福祉功能需求优先级，探索休闲空间供给的正确序列，谋求休闲空间建设和配置的提升对策。综合国内外研究成果和实地调查现状，提出坚持福祉导向的儿童休闲空间建构原则、针对儿童建立完善休闲空间供给序列、完善儿童的话语表达机制完善儿童休闲空间的监管制度四条战略建议。 关键词：儿童；休闲；福祉；层级；杭州市 welfare function，level and promoting strategy of children public entertainment space in metropolitan community of Hangzhou city Abstract:Vigorously promote urbanization, peoples lifestyles are rapid changes occur gradually in the material life, while generous, leisure space interests of the child is often easily overlooked.
