PAGE PAGE 21 大学生参与社区志愿服务现状及对策研究——以杭州市为例 摘要：近年来社区志愿服务建设已经成为社会主义和谐社会重要组成部分，而引导大学生积极参与社区志愿服务，对于促进在杭大学生综合素质和能力的提高，杭城志愿者事业的蓬勃发展，社会主义和谐社会以及和谐社区的建设都具有重要的推进作用。但是，杭州大学生参与社区志愿服务事业起步较晚，发展中还存在诸多问题。如存在社会认同感低，高校志愿者组织机构不健全，社区与大学生之间连接渠道不通畅，大学生对于社区志愿服务基本理念缺乏等一系列的问题。这些问题都会制约大学生参与社区志愿服务的发展。本文通过文献查阅和问卷访谈的调查方法，总结相关学者过往的研究经验。从社区、高校和大学生几个方面入手，通过分析现状，寻找存在的问题，进而提出针对性的对策建议。要从加大社会关注度，完善高校志愿者机构，拓宽沟通渠道，培养正确志愿服务理念等几个方面入手，从而从根本上促进大学生参与社区志愿服务，推动社区志愿服务事业发展。 关键词：大学生志愿者社区志愿服务 College students participate in community volunteer service present situation and countermeasure research ：Take a Case of Hangzhou Abstract: In recent years, the construction of community volunteer service has become a socialist harmonious society is an important part of, and guide the students to actively participate in community volunteer service, to promote the improvement of Hangzhou college students comprehensive quality and ability,?the vigorous development of Hangzhou volunteer service, socialist?harmonious community construction and construction of a harmonious society has an important role in the promotion.
