PAGE PAGE 41 大学生归因风格、成就动机与学业自我效能感的关系研究 摘要：大学生作为即将步入社会的青年人，面临着就业和各种能力选拔的压力，只有具有良好的学业自我效能感和自主学习能力，才能够适应不断变化的社会环境。而相关研究表明，学业自我效能感与成就动机和归因风格密切相关。 本研究通过问卷调查和SPSS数据分析，从归因风格、成就动机和学业自我效能感三方面入手调查大学生的心理状态，并且探讨三者之间的关系。通过数据分析，本研究得出以下结论： （1）大学生总体趋于积极归因，成就动机和学业自我效能感水平也都普遍偏高。 （2）大学生归因风格、成就动机和学业自我效能感在人口统计学变量上存在显著差异。 （3）大学生归因风格、成就动机和学业自我效能感之间显著相关。 （4）大学生积极归因风格对成就动机、学业自我效能感有正向预测作用；追求成功的动机对学业自我效能感有正向预测作用。 （5）成就动机在归因风格和学业自我效能感之间起部分中介作用。 关键词：大学生归因风格成就动机学业自我效能感 Study On Attribution Styles, Achievement Motivations and Academic Self-efficacy of College Students * Abstract: As the young people who is going to enter the society, college students are suffering from different pressures like employment selections and ability tests, only have the good academic self-efficacy and learning ability, can they adapt to the changing social environment. And the related researches have showed that the?academic self-efficacy , achievement motivations and attribution?style are closely related. * This study aims to explore the psychological conditions of college students ,as well as the relationship of attribution styles, achievement motivations and academic self-efficacy with questionnaires and SPSS data analysis.Through?data analysis, this study makes the following conclusions: * (1) College students tend to have positive attributions, and their achievement motivations and academic self-efficacy levels are generally on the high side. * (2) College students achievement motivations, attribution styles and academic self-efficacy have significant differences in the demographic variables. * (3) College students achievement motivations, attribution styles and self-efficacy are significantly related. * (4) College students positive attribution styles have positive prediction function to achievement motivations and academic self-efficacy; the motivations to succeed have positive prediction function to the academic self-efficacy . * (5) Achievement motivations play partial intermediary roles between the relati
