Lead the students to lock the key words through skimming, get the main information of the text, realize the special significance to the author, and grasp the authors writing intention; 2. Lead the students to find out the position of the main details in the text through intensive reading, namely, the various difficulties overcome in the construction of Qinghai-Tibet Railway and the impact of Qinghai-Tibet Railway on the lives of local residents, feel the greatness of the builders and stimulate national pride; 3. Guide the students to perceive the language characteristics of the article through reading the text, learn and master the topic-related words and phrases in the text, and introduce the Qinghai-Tibet Railway with the learned words.
