惠州市农村物流发展的问题及对策研究 内 容 摘 要 农村物流是农村振兴战略的重要组成部分，是关系到农村现代化改革、农村 经济发展的重大民生工程，与农民幸福生活息息相关。推动农村物流发展，有利 于增加农民收入，提升农民的生活质量；有利于创造并增加新的就业岗位，缓解 农村剩余劳动力的就业压力；有利于提高农村信息化水平，促进农村物流基础设 施建设；有利于提高农村市场流通的现代化水平，加快农产品生产和流通的速度。 可由于我国目前大部分农村的物流发展环境并不理想，物流运输难度较大,出现 农村生产的农产品无法及时销售出去、农民需要的物资无法及时运输进来的尴尬 情况，这极大地影响和制约了农村整体的经济发展。基于这个情况，本文结合惠 州市地方特色及其发展实际，阐述了广东省惠州市农村物流发展的现状及存在的 问题，并提出对应的对策建议，以期推动惠州市乃至广东省农村物流整体发展水 平。 关键词：惠州市；农村物流；现代化 I Study on problems and countermeasures of Rural Logistics Development in Huizhou Abstract Rural logistics is not only an important part of Rural Revitalization Strategy, but also is a major livelihood project of Rural modernization reform , which is closely related to the happy life of farmers .Some of the benefits of developing Rural logistics are listed as follow. The first, it is good for famers to improve their quality of life, because they can earn more money. The second, it is good for the people without jobs to apply for, which can relieve the pressure of unemployment. The third, it is in favour of improving the level of informatization, promoting the construction of equipment and facilities, too. What’s more, it is to the benefit of improving the modernization level of the rural market and the speed of agricultural products’ production and circulation. Based on this cognition, this paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of rural logistics development in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and advices in order to promote the overall development level of rural logistics in Huizhou City and even in Guangdong Province.
