PAGE PAGE 22 建筑行业上市公司资本结构的研究 摘要：资本结构对企业做出正确的财务决策具有重要意义，也是财务管理方面的重要研究问题。从上世纪五十年代开始，国外学者对资本结构理论的研究逐渐丰富发展起来，理论内容越来越贴近企业实际情况，对企业发展具有现实指导意义。建筑行业是我国国民经济的重要支柱之一。目前，中国建筑业已经具有国际一流的建造能力，发展成为一个朝气蓬勃且极具潜力的行业，对我国经济发展具有重要影响。但是，从财务管理上来看，我国建筑行业融资偏重于借款，负债偏高，财务风险较大。研究建筑行业的资本结构,不仅可以了解和认识影响建筑产业发展的内在影响因素,还可以通过资本结构的调整促进建筑企业向着健康成熟的方向发展。本文以我国建筑行业上市公司为研究对象，运用理论研究与案例研究相结合的研究方法，分析研究了我国建筑业上市公司的资本结构现状及其影响因素。通过对我国建筑行业基本情况、资本结构指标、融资资金来源构成以及影响因素进行深入分析，总结我国建筑行业资本结构特点，指出建筑行业上市公司资本结构存在的问题，提出了优化资本结构的对策建议。希望通过本文研究分析对建筑业优化资本结构及长期健康发展具有一定参考意义。 关键词：建筑行业资本结构资产负债率影响因素 Capital Structure Analysis and Revelation of Listed Enterprises in Construction Industry Abstract:Capital structure is of great significance to the enterprise to make the right financial decisions as well as important research problem to the financial management.Starting from the 1950 s, the capital structure theory were gradually developed, and became more and more close to the enterprise actual situation.It has practical guiding significance to the enterprise development.In our country, the construction industry is one of the important pillar of the national economy.At present, Chinas construction industry has the international first-class construction ability, developing into a vigorous and potential industry with great effects on the economic development of our country.However, from financial management point of view, Chinas construction industry financing lay particular stress on loan with too much liabilities which will leads to a high financial risk.
