Liposome and Lung Targeting Effect Abstract:ObjectiveThe lung targeting effect of the volatile oil of Houttuymia cordata Thunb. liposome was nano volatile oil of Houttuymia cordata Thunb. liposome was made of acylated phosphatide with succinic anhydride and prepared by revee phase evapoation and agitating-ultrasonic dispeion, the entrapment ratio of liposome was studied by Sephadex-G25 chromatography, and the appearance of liposome was observed by micrography, through tail intravenous injection, the small white mice were given the emulsion and the nano liposome, and the mice were killed after h, the lungs were taken out and triturated, the drugs in lungs could be abstracted by solvent and the drug concentratio could be compared by GC/MS and a series of bactericidal entrapment ratio of liposome was %, the volatile oil of houttuymia cordata Thunb. liposome has two laye, the average size was 97 nm, in abstracting liquor, with the liposome, 2-undecanone could not be found and the quality points of 9,12-octadecadienoic acid ethyl ester was %, but with the emulsion,2-undecanone and 9,12-octadecadienoic acid ethyl ester were both not be found, in bactericidal tests and with abstracting liquor, after given the liposome, the diameter of the bactericidal circles could get to mm, however, after given the emulsion, the diameter of the biggist bactericidal circle was only nano volatile oil of houttuymia cordata thunb liposome made of acylated phosphatide with succinic anhydride and prepared by revee phase evapoation and agitating-ultrasonic dispeion was better than the emulsion in lung targeting.
