PAGE PAGE 13 芜湖市中小企业融资困境与对策分析 摘要：中小企业的融资困境，是在世界范围内长期存在的问题。中小企业在深化市场经济体制改革，调整经济结构，推动大众创业、万众创新等方面的作用越发突出。但是，融资难不仅阻碍了中小企业的健康发展，还影响我国市场经济的健康发展。虽然国家对于快速发展的中小企业高度重视，出台了许多有助于中小企业健康发展的政策，希望改善中小企业的融资环境，但融资难并没有得到很好的解决。本文以芜湖市中小企业为例，在参考相关文献的基础上，明确了中小企业融资的相关概念，然后根据芜湖市中小企业的融资现状和融资结构，采用定性分析法以及内外因分析法从企业自身、银行等金融机构以及政府等角度分析芜湖中小企业融资困境的成因，并提出相关的解决措施。 关键词：中小企业； 融资； 融资困境； 融资对策 ABSTRACT Financing difficulties of SMEs in the world chronic problems. Key words: SMEs; Financing; Financing Difficulties; Financing Strategies 绪论 芜湖市位于安徽省的东南部，处于华东腹地，交通便利，是长江流域重要的综合交通枢纽，区位优势明显，有助于接受东南沿海的产业转移。作为芜湖市经济发展重要组成部分的中小企业，在增加就业，扩大出口，推动创新，优化资源配置，促进经济发展和社会稳定等方面发挥着重要作用。但是由于自身经营规模小，资金不足，外部融资渠道相对狭窄，募集的资本有限，信用担保渠道少，造成中小企业融资难，不仅制约了中小企业的发展，而且阻碍了整体经济的发展。 20世纪初，我国学术界才开始重视对中小企业融资问题的研究，尤其是2008年经济危机之后，我国许多中小企业倒闭，引起社会的高度重视，使学术界对中小企业的融资问题进行了深入研究[1]。但是许多研究都是借鉴西方学者的理论，从企业自身、金融机构以及政府其中的一个方面进行，缺少系统的研究文献。而且多数是从我国中小企业这个整体出发，研究普遍存在的问题，忽视了中小企业由地域不同而导致的复杂性，没有针对性，使得许多措施不能满足一些地方的需
