PAGE PAGE 21 我国众筹融资的发展现状以“大家投”网为例 摘要：近年来，互联网金融的发展一直受人热议。随着互联技术的发展和普及，互联网金融也渐渐深入到生活的方方面面，而众筹融资模式作为互联网金融的一种，也呈现着蓬勃向上的生机，由于互联网技术的普及、政府的支持、近年我国市场经济上出现的“两多两难”的结构性失衡问题为众筹融资的产生和发展提供了现实条件，其门槛低、预估项目市场、缓解中小企业融资难等优势，使它的成长速度极快，极快的适应的市场的需要，广泛的应用于融资，增强了实体经济的实力。众筹融资在我国短短几年的发展时间里，其为解决“两多两难”结构性失衡问题提供了创新性的解决方法，可以有效缓解中小企业融资难，民间资本投资无门的问题。但是作为一种新兴的融资模式，必然有其不完善的地方。众筹融资存在着相关法律的缺失、信用体系的不健全、非标准化风险的存在、投资者保护难度大和知识产权保护等问题。 需要我们进一步努力，才能更好的发挥众筹融资的作用。 本文第一部分对众筹融资的起源和发展进行概述，简单介绍了众筹融资的分类，以及以“大家投”众筹网站介绍众筹融资的优缺点。第二部分简要介绍了众筹融资发展的原因，说明了众筹融资能在我国快速发展的必要条件和现实原因。第三部分简要介绍了众筹融资的发展现状，分国外发展现状和国内发展现状，进行简单比较和陈述。第四部分对我国众筹融资目前发展过程中的问题进行概括。第五部分对我国众筹现存的问题提出应对的建议。 关键词：众筹融资现状问题建议 Research on crowdfunding ——Model of Dajiatou Website Abstract: In recent years, the development of Internet finance has been the subject of heated debate.
