The subacutely aging model rats were made by injecting Dgal into abdominal cavity continually. After the aging model was successfully established, the rats in Tiannianyin group were administrated Tiannianyin by intragastric administration. The blood lipid and the spleen index of rats in each group were measured, and the expressio of PCNA, p53 and p16 of spleen were observed respectively. Results Compared with normal rats, the spleen index and the expression of PCNA in spleen of aging model rats decreased obviously; while the blood lipid, the expressio of p53 and p16 in spleen of aging model rats increased obviously (P＜, P＜). Tiannianyin could improve the senescent changes in spleen of aging rats significantly: compared with aging model rats, the spleen index and the expression of PCNA in spleen increased remarkably and the blood lipid, the expressio of p53 and p16 in spleen decreased in Tiannianyin group remarkably (P＜, P＜). Conclusio Tiannianyin can improve the immune function of aged by preventing atropy of spleen and facilitating the reproductive activity of lymphocytes, thus has better antiaging effects. 【Key words】 Aging; Spleen; Tiannianyin; PCNA; p53; p16 1988年Meites〔1〕提出，在衰老的过程中，免疫神经内分泌 网络 起着重要作用。淋巴器官功能降低是免疫功能紊乱的主要原因,也与免疫功能的衰退密切相关〔2〕；因此，研究免疫系统的衰老变化具有重要的理论和实际意义〔3〕。脾是机体重要的免疫器官，脾的功能在整个机体的免疫功能中占有重要地位〔4〕；补肾、健脾是延缓衰老的重要方法。天年饮由刘河间《宣明论方》何首乌丸加味而成，能填精补髓、乌发延年。本研究采用D半乳糖致亚急性衰老的大鼠模型，观察脾的衰老变化并探讨天年饮延缓机体免疫器官衰老的作用。 1 材料与方法 实验动物与分组 雄性SD大鼠30只，
