PAGE PAGE 25 应急物流路径优化问题研究 摘要：近年来，我国经济持续高速增长，国民生活日益提高。但是，在经济持续增长的过程中，也有各种各样的突发事件发生，尤其是重大自然灾害的频繁发生。这不仅给国家带来巨大的经济损失，同时也增加了社会秩序的不稳定。在突发灾害发生后，必然需要大量的应急救援物资。在安排这类物资的调运过程中，首先需要考虑到的不是总运费最少，而是完成整个调运任务的时间最短。因此，如何在在最短时限内完成物资的调运是整个问题的关键。同时，在灾难发生后，为加快社会秩序的恢复，必须要有一套完善的应急救援措施，所以，建立一个完整的应急物流体系也是至关重要的。 本文首先阐述了应急物流的概念、特点等内容，同时探讨了应急物流系统流程分析，分析过程中得出应急物资运输的最短路径问题是应急物流的关键问题之一。于是，研究了多个产地、多个需求地的点对点运输过程中，以最长运输时间最小化为目标的最短时限运输问题，以及用动态规划法求解最短路径的问题。对此，分别建立了数学规划模型，用相应的案例来实现模型，用lingo软件求出结果。另外，针对同一案例，用lingo软件求得的结果与二分法求得结果进行对比，获得最优方案。 关键词：应急物流，数学建模，路径优化，lingo Research On Emergency Logistics Routing Optimization Abstract: In recent years, Chinas economy continues to grow rapidly,?and the national life is increasing day by day.
