Ini, /c/, /k/, /e/, /h/, /r/, /m/, /d/, /g/ /o/ /u/, /I/, /f7, /b/, /ai/, /j/ and their corresponding letters. (Teacher may speak Chinese when necessary) One windy day, a girl wearing a coat is going to a park with a boy who holds a boat. They take some water, apples and a loaf of bread with them. There is a toad making a croak sound at the bank and a leaf floating on the river. A goat lives at the side of a road, but suddenly, the wind blows an oak tree onto the goat. The children see the goat and say /oa/, /oa/, poor goat!” They run to get the farmer to help the goat. Ask Ss to look at the digraph oa and ask them what sound does the digraph oa make?
