PAGE PAGE 3 新冠疫情对房地产企业影响研究 摘 要 在2019年12月19日爆发了新冠疫情此次新冠肺炎疫情对我国经济以及其他发展造成了严重的打击，其中房地产企业作为我国一大支柱企业，对推动我国经济发展的作用很大，所以房地产企业在此次疫情也深受其害。而如今， 我国已有房地产企业已达数万家，但是各个房地产企业规模不一，有大型且具有相当知名度的房地产商，也有小型房地产企业，面对此次疫情，房地产企业不得不做出经营模式的改变。 那么，国家针对此次新冠肺炎疫情对我国的影响也做出了许多相应的补救行为以及积极地制定了有效的政策。同时，各个房地产企业也做出了许多新的营销方法来应对此次疫情。所以本文选取用恒大房地产作为分析案例，了解该疫情对房地产商的影响，以恒大地产商为例举一反三。以及疫情后恒大地产针对该影响做出的措施，通过对恒大发展战略的分析，再总结出各个房地产企业应如何正确应对，在当今社会下如何持续发展。并且详细的了解在新冠疫情下的大环境如何影响居民对于住房的需求，从而影响房地产的销售，同时房地产企业又是如何面对此次危 机，并且有没有做到逆风翻盘。 关键词：房地产发展；新冠疫情下的经济；房地产改变营销策略ABSTEACT An outbreak of COVID-19 occurred on December 19, 2019, and quickly spread from Wuhan to other cities. Because of the epidemic, everyone cant go out, so it has caused a lot of impact on everyones life. Because citizens cant go out normally, people cant go to work normally, so all enterprises, construction sites, factories and so on cant operate normally. The Covid-19 epidemic has dealt a serious blow to Chinas economy and other development, among which the real estate industry, as an important pillar industry of Chinas economic development, has also suffered greatly. Now, China has tens of thousands of real estate enterprises, but the scale of each real estate enterprise is different, there are large and well-known real estate companies, there are small real estate enterprises, in the face of the epidemic, real estate enterprises have to make changes in the business model.
