The survival rate of the dislocation of the permanent teeth with tooth from the body length， the preservation of the in vitro way， oral health condition and healthy gums close degree， the reset， plywood， fixed replantation of root canal filling， is the permanent teeth from the body of one of the surgical operation ideal. 【Key words】 Teeth trauma; dislocation; Replantation of treatment 1 资料与方法 对象 一般资料：180例患者中，男137例，女43例，年龄10~45岁，平均年龄岁，均为外伤性恒牙离体脱位，伴有或无牙龈撕裂，上中切牙129例，上侧切牙52例，上尖牙22例，下中切牙23例，下侧切牙11例，均伴有不同程度的牙槽骨骨折。牙齿离体时间最短30 min，最长24 h。 治疗方法 所有患者均在无菌条件下行离体牙再植，口内常规消毒清创。对于离体2 h以内的牙齿，用生理盐水冲洗离体患牙，去除异物，注意保护牙周膜；对于离体2 h以上的牙齿，消毒离体牙，去除牙周膜及骨折残片等异物，并在无菌条件下一次性完成行根管充填治疗。离体脱位牙处理完成后，置于庆大霉素液体中浸泡20min，局麻下去除牙槽窝内血凝块及碎骨片等异物，勿骚刮牙槽窝，％碘伏及生理盐水轻轻交替冲洗牙槽窝各三遍，待有鲜血溢出时，植入脱位离体牙，复位有骨折的牙槽骨，唇舌向轻压牙槽窝，悬吊缝合伤区牙龈。以健康邻牙为基牙，应用双边固定桥原理，行树脂夹板固定1个月，降低咬合，常规给予抗生素药物预防感染及预防性使用破伤风抗毒素，嘱患者注意
