西瓜霜和造口护肤粉治疗潮湿相关性皮肤损伤的对比研究 　　【摘要】目的观察并比较西瓜霜和造口护肤粉对潮湿相关性皮肤损伤（masd）患者的治疗效果。方法400例masd患者，根据随机性原则分为观察组和对照组，每组200例。两组患者的皮肤清洗和擦药后续处理措施均相同，观察组患者采用西瓜霜治疗，对照组采用造口护肤粉治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治愈时间。结果观察组患者的治愈率为99.0%，显著高于对照组的77.5%，差异具有统计学意义（χ2=44.58，p0.05）。观察组患者的治愈时间为（4.64±1.47）d，短于对照组患者的（7.54±2.47）d，差异具有统计学意义（t=14.27，p0.05）。结论西瓜霜能有效控制和治疗masd，缩短治愈时间，效果优于造口护肤粉，使用方便。 　　【关键词】潮湿相关性皮肤损伤;西瓜霜;造口护肤粉;皮肤护理 　　doi：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2020.12.003 　　【abstract】objectivetoobserveandcomparethetherapeuticeffectofwatermelonfrostandostomypowderinthetreatmentofpatientswithmoisture-associatedskindamage（masd）.methodsatotalof400masdpatientswererandomlydividedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup，with200casesineachgroup.follow-upmeasuresforskincleansingandrubbingwerethesameforbothgroupsofpatients.patientsintheobservationgroupweretreatedbywatermelonfrost，andpatientsinthecontrolgroupweretreatedbyostomypowder.thetherapeuticeffectandcuretimewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.resultsthecurerate99.0%oftheobservationgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup77.5%，andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（χ2=44.58，p0.05）.thecuretimeofobservationgroupwas（4.64±1.47）d，whichwassignificantlyshorterthanthatofthecontrolgroup（7.54±2.47）d，andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（t=14.27，p0.05）.conclusionwatermelonfrostshowsbettereffectthanostomypowder，anditcaneffectivelycontrolandtreatmasdandshortencuretime，aswellasconvenienttouse. 　　【keywords】moisture-associatedskindamage;watermelonfrost;ostomypowder;skincare 　　潮湿相关性皮肤损伤（moisture-associatedskindamage，masd）是指皮肤长期暴露于潮湿环境（尿液、粪液、汗液、伤口渗出液等）中所引起的皮肤侵蚀或炎症反应，伴或不伴有皮肤溃烂以及继发感染[1]。按潮湿来源分为4种：失禁相关性皮炎（incontinence-associateddermatitis，iad）、皮膚褶皱处皮炎（intertriginousdermatitis，itd）、伤口周围皮炎（periwoundmoisture-associateddermatitis）和造口周围皮炎（peristomalmoisture-associateddermatitis）[1]。过多的潮湿源浸渍使皮肤侵蚀或剥脱，处理不当导致进一步的皮肤溃烂及继发性感染，增加患者的痛苦和负担，延长住院时间，严重时并发全身感染甚至危及生命。选取本院于2016年2月～2019年5月收治的400例masd患者进行研究，其中200例患者应用西瓜霜治疗，收到了良好的效果，现报告如下。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料选取本院2016年2月～2019年5月收
