雌三醇软膏联合给药器治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】目的觀察在老年性阴道炎患者中采取雌三醇软膏联合给药器治疗的临床疗效。方法102例老年性阴道炎患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组，各51例。对照组仅采取雌三醇软膏治疗，治疗组采取雌三醇软膏联合给药器治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状及复发情况，以及治疗前后世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表（whoqol-bref）各项评分。结果治疗前，两组患者瘙痒、异味，灼热、红肿，性生活伴随症状发生率比较差异无统计学意义（p0.05）;治疗后，治疗组瘙痒、异味，灼热、红肿，性生活伴随症状发生率均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p0.05）。治疗组患者复发率为5.88%，明显低于对照组的29.41%，差异具有统计学意义（p0.05）。治疗前，两组生理、心理、社会、环境whoqol-bref评分比较差异无统计学意义（p0.05）;治疗后，两组生理、心理、社会、环境whoqol-bref评分均有所改善，且治疗组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论对于老年性阴道炎患者，采取雌三醇软膏联合给药器治疗，可明显改善患者临床症状，降低复发率，改善治疗后生活质量，效果理想。 　　【关键词】雌三醇软膏;老年性阴道炎;给药器;临床疗效 　　doi：10.14163/ki.11-5547/r.2019.11.039 　　【abstract】objectivetoobservetheclinicalefficacyofestriolointmentcombinedwithapplicatorinthetreatmentofsenilevaginitis.methodsatotalof102senilevaginitispatientsweredividedintocontrolgroupandtreatmentgroupaccordingtorandomnumbertablemethod，with51casesineachgroup.thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithestriolointment，parisonweremadeonclinicalsymptoms，recurrence，andworldhealthorganizationqualityoflifescalebriefversion（whoqol-bref）scoresbeforeandaftertreatmentofthetwogroups.resultsbeforetreatment，bothgroupshadnostatisticallysignificantdifferenceinincidenceofitching，peculiarsmell，burning，rednessandaccompanyingsymptomsinsexuallife（p0.05）.aftertreatment，thetreatmentgrouphadobviouslylowerincidenceofitching，peculiarsmell，burning，rednessandaccompanyingsymptomsinsexuallifethanthecontrolgroup，andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.thetreatmentgrouphadobviouslylowerrecurrencerateas5.88%than29.41%inthecontrolgroup，andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.beforetreatment，bothgroupshadnostatisticallysignificantdifferenceinwhoqol-brefscoreofphysiology，psychology，societyandenvironment（p0.05）.aftertreatment，bothgroupshadimprovedwhoqol-brefscoreofphysiology，psychology，societyandenvironment，andthetreatmentgroupwasobviouslybetterthanthecontrolgroup.theirdifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.conclusionforsenilevaginitispatients，estriolointmentcombinedwithapplicatorshowside
