低频脉冲联合古法按摩在乳头凹陷初产妇产后泌乳及乳房肿痛中的应用 　　【摘要】目的：分析乳头凹陷初产妇行低频脉冲与古法按摩联合干预对泌乳及乳房胀痛的影响。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年12月于本院妇产科分娩的乳头凹陷初产妇120例为研究对象。将2018年1-12月分娩的60例乳头凹陷初产妇作为对照组，将2019年1-12月分娩的60例乳头凹陷初产妇作为研究组。对照组给予常规干预，研究组给予低频脉冲联合古法按摩干预。比较两组产后泌乳情况、乳房胀痛情况。结果：研究组的泌乳开始时间、满足母乳量时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（p0.05）。研究组泌乳优良率为95.0%，明显高于对照组的76.7%，差异有统计学意义（p0.05）。產后24、48、72h，研究组乳房胀痛评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论：乳头凹陷初产妇接受低频脉冲与古法按摩干预，可有效改善其泌乳情况，提高泌乳量，缓解乳房胀痛，该联合干预模式在产科临床上应加大推广应用力度。 　　【关键词】乳头凹陷初产妇低频脉冲古法按摩产后泌乳乳房肿痛 　　applicationoflow-frequencypulsecombinedwithancientmassageinpostpartumlactationandbreastswellingandpainofprimaryparturientwithdepressednipple/yuanyao，quchunyao，zhuhongru.//medicalinnovationofchina，2020，17（13）：0-101 　　[abstract]objective：toanalyzetheeffectoflow-frequencypulseandancientmassageonlactationandbreasttendernessinprimaryparturientwithdepressednipple.method：atotalof120primaryparturientwomenwithnippledepressionwhogavebirthinourhospitalfromjanuary2018todecember2019wereselectedastheresearchobjects.60primiparaswithnippledepressionfromjanuarytodecember2018wereusedasthecontrolgroup，60primiparaswithnippledepressionfromjanuarytodecember2019wereselectedasthestudygroup.thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutineintervention，thestudygroupwasgivenlow-frequencypulsecombinedwithancientmassageintervention.thelactationandbreastpainwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.result：thestartingtimeoflactationandfeedingtimeofthestudygroupwerebothshorterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.theexcellentandgoodrateoflactationinthestudygroupwas95.0%，significantlyhigherthan76.7%ofthecontrolgroup，thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.postpartum24，48，72hours，thebreastswellingpainscoreofthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant（p0.05）.conclusion：theinterventionoflow-frequencypulseandancientmassagecaneffectivelyimprovethelactationcondition，increasetheamountoflactationandrelievetheswellingpainofthebreast. 　　[keywords]nippledepressionp
